Once you have decided to move forward, it’s time to choose and purchase one of our prime lots. This is where we stand out form other developers. We are giving you the opportunity to choose your lot first, and then move on to building your home. This affords you the advantage of securing your lot while you finalize your home design. It also reduces your closing costs and taxes significantly.

Break ground – 30% deposit.
Foundation is complete – 30% payment.
Roof is ready to be poured – 30% payment.
