We believe the soul of our community is human connection, so we are creating an environment with walking paths throughout the community. The only road is for the driveways, located on the exterior of the grounds. You will be able to enjoy an orchard, flower patch, and organic garden ideal for picking fresh produce and flowers.

There will be a gym/yoga studio and community pool ideal for relaxing and socializing.

We have partnered with a local farmer and restauranter to have a small farm to table restaurant adjacent to the community pool that will provide food and beverage.

These modern coastal Mexican design, single-story homes are constructed of rammed earth, cement and metal cased glass doors. The open-air floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The wide doorways and walk in showers are architecturally stunning and make it easy to be outfitted for handicapped accessibility. The floor to ceiling glass doors that encase the home open to a spacious wrap-around terrace ideal for indoor-outdoor living. The exterior laser cut metal doors can be used to secure the terrace for privacy, weather conditions, and safety.

There are no streets or driveways within the community. We have designed the grounds so that all traffic and parking are along the perimeter. This enables us to create a relaxed interior with orchards, paths and gardens. Perfect for morning and evening walks. There is a community pool, with the option for homeowners to have their own plunge pool.

Because we believe the soul of our community is human connection, we have built a community yoga studio and workspace for pottery or other group activities. The raised garden beds are perfect for communal gardening.

We believe that connecting with our neighbors and living in a community that brings us peace and happiness is essential in today’s world. We believe people are looking for new and more meaningful ways of living.

Our dream is to create a unique community, where strangers become friends, and friends become family. A community where we can grow our own vegetables, pick our own fruit, walk to the beach, and spend time with family and friends. A community that allows us to have our own home and privacy but also enables us to have easy interaction with neighbors.
