We like to sit down with all prospective Gallo 64 homebuyers to get to know one another and to see if we are a good fit. It’s your opportunity to ask questions and for us to better understand your expectations and desires. Our goal is to establish a clear understanding of everything we have available to you so we can build your dream home.
CHOOSE YOUR LOT
Once you have decided to move forward, it’s time to choose and purchase one of our prime lots. This is where we stand out form other developers. We are giving you the opportunity to choose your lot first, and then move on to building your home. This affords you the advantage of securing your lot while you finalize your home design. It also reduces your closing costs and taxes significantly.
